1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be completed through the official reservation system.

  • Motorcycles, scooters, and bicycles are not permitted in standard parking bays.
  • Heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles must be pre‑approved by the service.
  • Vehicles with any visible damage or modifications that could compromise safety are prohibited.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • The parking service is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended.
  • We recommend using lockable storage for valuables and traveling with a personal insurance policy for added protection.
  • In the unlikely event of an incident, the service will cooperate with law enforcement and insurance providers as required.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non‑refundable.
  • No‑show reservations will incur the full parking fee.

6. Modifications to the Agreement

  • The service reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the official website and will take effect immediately.
  • Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
