Add a Parking Spot with Ease

Managing parking for events, businesses, or residential complexes can be challenging. Whether you’re expanding a campus, hosting a conference, or simply need to track available bays, adding new spots quickly and accurately is essential. Our streamlined process ensures that you can update your inventory in minutes.

Why Adding Spots Matters

• Maximize Utilization – Keep track of every available slot to reduce idle space.
• Improve Revenue – Dynamic pricing becomes easier when you know exactly how many spots you have.
• Enhance Visitor Experience – Provide real‑time availability so guests can plan their arrival.
• Simplify Maintenance – Identify which areas need repairs or resurfacing.

How the Add Process Works

1. Enter Spot Details – Provide basic information such as location, size, and type (e.g., compact, handicap, electric).
2. Assign Attributes – Mark special features like lighting, security cameras, or covered parking.
3. Set Pricing Rules – Define rates for peak times, long‑term stays, or special events.
4. Save and Sync – Your new spot is immediately reflected across all dashboards and mobile apps.

Tips for an Accurate Inventory

• Use a Consistent Naming Scheme – Label spots by block, row, and number to avoid confusion.
• Photograph Each Area – Visual records help with future audits and maintenance.
• Update Regularly – After renovations or policy changes, revisit your spot list.
• Leverage Sensors – If possible, integrate occupancy sensors for real‑time data.
